Facility Retrofit Improvement
An experienced engineer will inspect all of the equipment owned by the customer and suggest options and ways to proceed with the upgrade process. Equipment must be removed and removed as needed, and monitoring and automation devices must be modified to fully implement functions.
Features
RETROFIT
Except for the laser system, we perform modifications to other major parts. The laser system owned by the customer is preserved and a controller for control. The wiring, PC and software are replaced. Partial optical part replacement may be performed to ensure quality and productivity, but this does not include structural changes.
Rebuild
Some modifications to the laser system are performed. In order to fully reflect customer needs and enhance reliability, an overall inspection of existing equipment is carried out first. Once the specifications of the laser optics department and the motion section have been improved and partial modifications to the electronic parts have been completed, software patches will be carried out according to customer requests and the level of legacy systems.
Refurbished
A new laser system will be applied to a general manufacturing facility, and changes or additions to the driver, control unit, and electronic components will be decided accordingly. Once the environmental factors affecting processing are analyzed, solutions that can effectively control them are applied together.

Customer Service
Usage analysis
The main requirement for customers considering equipment modifications is to improve process efficiency. K2 engineers visit the site to check the condition and environmental conditions of the facility and derive improvements within available resources.
Suggest an upgrade
Once an improvement plan created through thorough evaluation and listening to requirements is finalized, a dedicated engineer tests the synergy between on-site installation and existing devices. Problems that may occur unexpectedly are corrected and corrected by experts in a timely manner.
Application settlement
K2 engineers' installation work doesn't end until key features work smoothly. The mutual impact with existing machines within the workspace is monitored and whether they are stable in a compatible state is determined.
User training
Once the transition or upgrade to a laser is complete, we provide a comprehensive range of necessary resources. In addition to basic matters such as explaining key functions and proper operation methods, we try to prevent bottlenecks caused by incorrect operation, including problem response and management methods.
