Correct material analysis and processability assessment are essential tasks for process optimization. K2's process development team performs shape inspection using 3D measuring instruments, digital microscopes, etc., and performs optical analysis with high-precision sensors such as beam profilers.

Receipt inspection
Using specialized measuring devices for laser optics, we perform a full inspection of key parts such as lasers, scanners, and focus lenses. Major semi-finished products and processed products related to facility function and safety are tested according to their importance.
Shipment inspection
Once equipment production is completed, manufacturing inspections on automation, control, and driving parts are carried out using precision measuring instruments before shipment and customer delivery. In particular, cross-verification between operators is performed on the flatness, repeatability, and straightness of the motion part, which directly affects process quality.
